Tarragon Chicken Salad Veronique

Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts roasted

1/2 cup good mayonnaise

1 1/2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves chopped

1 cup celery finely minced

1 cup green grapes, halved

green onions, chopped

toasted pecan pieces

freshly ground black pepper

kosher salt

Directions

Cut cooked chicken into 3/4" dice. Add remaining ingredients. Toss well. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
